When I moved to West Seattle all of the dentists taking new patients could not clean my teeth for 5 months. I went back to Seattle's Downtown Dentist and they fit me in for a check up and cleaning with in two days. When I had a problem with my billing also Jessica cleared it up right away. Thank you Seattle's Downtown Dentist!! You are the best!!

I’ve been coming here for many years and have always had a great experience - for checkups, cleaning, and also Invisalign. Jessica at the front desk is the best and I always enjoy seeing her. Definitely recommend!

Great experience overall. Very thorough and helpful service right from the front office to the specialists and doctors. They explain everything in detail and are open to any questions you may have. The clinic is very hygienic and crystal clean. Each member of the staff is absolutely great, knowledgeable, helpful and accommodative. Location is perfect as it's in the heart of SLU. Parking around the area might be a hassle. Overall, highly recommend this place.

This is a wonderful dental clinic that I highly recommend! When I had an emergency and my current dentist was closed, they were able to quickly squeeze me in for an appointment the same day! Appreciated them for being so accommodating and making time for me last minute and for treating me so kindly!

I am so grateful for the wonderful care I received at Seattle's downtown dentist. They did an amazing job filling my cavities and providing a thorough cleaning. My teeth are no longer sensitive, and I feel great. They even referred me to a fantastic orthodontist for my wisdom tooth. Thank you for your kindness and expertise!

Claret was fantastic. My temporary crown, originally done by another dentist, had fallen out, and she got me in the same day without any hassle. And they were actually on time — which already puts them in rare air. What impressed me most was her attention to detail. She made sure the tooth was completely dry — zero moisture — so the temporary cement would have the best possible bond. It was obvious she cared about doing quality work, not just getting me in and out. Claret also sent me home with take-home supplies so I’d be covered if the crown came off again. That’s the kind of extra care that really sticks with you. The whole visit felt thoughtful, skilled, and above and beyond. At $76 after insurance, it felt less like a dental bill and more like I got away with something.

Had a terrific teeth cleaning and exam today at Seattle's Downtown Dentist. The dentist found two small cavities, explained what needed to be done and set up a second appointment. All done quickly and efficiently! :)

Had a great experience so far. Hygienist Dae is always super nice and professional and has done a great job with my teeth!! Jessica at the front desk has also been really helpful with scheduling and answering my questions. The only hiccup was some confusion about treatment products. I was initially told they were free, but at the last minute found out I had to pay for one that was strongly recommended before using the other. Other than that, everything has been great, I’ll definitely keep going.

I recently had multiple treatments at Seattle's Downtown Dentist and would highly recommend them. The entire team is wonderful, but the service and attention provided by Dr. Mansour, Claret, and Jessica were especially exceptional. During one of my treatments, Dr. Mansour corrected an issue that had been bothering me for quite some time, and it has genuinely made my life so much easier. Thank you to the amazing team for the excellent care and experience. I’ll definitely be back in July for my routine visit! :)
